Great Customer Service Story - Aeya on Etsy

So, when I got my new car just recently, I immediately dubbed her the "Red Devil," due to the trouble I'm undoubtably going to get into behind her wheel. http://twitter.com/predmer/status/2136796090

I like to give my car a little personality without slapping tons of annoying stickers on it. I also have a thing for stuffed animals/creatures, as the numerous penguins and other critters scattered about my office will prove. So, I headed out to find a small Red Devil to accompany me in my car during my drives.

I stumbled upon Etsy, and never having ordered from there before, placed an order for a one-of-a-kind, handmade stuffed devil from a seller named "Aeya." http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6863276

This is my formal thank you to her and her excellent way of doing business. I received confirmation of my shipment with a photo showing the packaging. She contacted me to see if I had received the item. When it arrived, it was contained within a gift box and a sealed wrapper with a handwritten note, congratulating me on my new car and wishing me many happy journeys.

This was the best $15 I have spent in a very long time. Many sincere thank-you's are due to Aeya. It's hard to find people like this who add a truly personal touch to their craft, and I'm glad Etsy is providing such a good platform on which people like her can share it.

Oh, and if you want any sort of cool little stuffed animal or doll, I'm sure she'll be happy to make you one too!
